This path helps a campaign operator turn an accepted commercial plan into reliable delivery. You need an accepted Campaign proposal, a published Inventory package, and permission to manage Flights and Creatives. ## Prepare the Flight ### 1. Confirm the commercial promise Open [Understand Campaigns and Flights](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/understand-campaigns-and-flights.md). Check the buyer, Flight dates, media, market, target, CPM or CPV, and reserved capacity. Do not change a promised value without recording the reason and checking the new forecast. ### 2. Add or update the Flight Use [Add and manage Flights](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/add-and-manage-flights.md) to set the Flight window, delivery goal, priority, and target. Use [Set pacing, priority, frequency, and separation](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/set-pacing-priority-frequency-and-separation.md) when several Campaigns can compete for the same opportunity. ### 3. Prepare the Creative Use [Understand Creative families, masters, and versions](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/understand-creative-families-masters-and-versions.md) to select the correct master. Use [Preview and inspect Creative media](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/preview-and-inspect-creative-media.md) to play the audio or video. Confirm rights, disclosures, language, duration, and preparation state. Use [Assign and rotate Creatives](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/assign-and-rotate-creatives.md) to assign the exact rendition to the Flight. Run the checks Use [Test the exact Campaign setup before publication](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/test-the-exact-campaign-setup-before-publication.md). Check the selected Inventory, ad breaks, target rules, Creative coverage, media preparation, review state, and delivery surface. ### 5. Publish the exact setup Use [Publish a Campaign setup](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/publish-a-campaign-setup.md). Read the complete readiness checklist. Confirm publication only when the displayed Campaign version is the one you intend to deliver. Publication changes the serving state. It does not approve a different or later version. ## Monitor daily delivery Open [Use Flightboard](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/use-flightboard.md) to see the Flight state and the work that needs action. Open [Monitor delivery, pacing, fill, and revenue](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/monitor-delivery-pacing-fill-and-revenue.md) to compare planned delivery with actual results. For a media or delivery issue, use [Diagnose underdelivery, no-fill, or wrong delivery](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/diagnose-underdelivery-no-fill-or-wrong-delivery.md). Keep the exact request, selected Creative, delivery surface, and evidence together while you investigate. ## Change live work safely Use [Amend Campaign terms or schedule](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/amend-campaign-terms-or-schedule.md) for a buyer-approved change. Reforecast and review the impact before you save. Use a new version when the old setup must remain available for comparison or rollback. ## If the operator is blocked * **No eligible Creative:** use [Resolve a Creative coverage exception](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/resolve-a-creative-coverage-exception.md) and check the media type, language, dates, and target. * **The readiness checklist is blocked:** use [Fix a review or Launch readiness blocker](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/fix-a-review-or-launch-readiness-blocker.md) and resolve the named area. * **The Campaign is underdelivering:** compare the forecast, capacity, fill, and no-fill reason before you change targeting. * **The serving state is unhealthy:** use [Recover a failed serving activation](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/recover-a-failed-serving-activation.md) and confirm the active version before you retry. ## Expected result Each Flight has an approved target, a prepared and previewed Creative, a checked delivery surface, and a published version.
