This path helps a larger podcast network operate many shows and demand sources without losing scope, authority, or evidence. You need a defined workspace scope, portfolio ownership, partner authority, and permission for the demand sources that you will manage. ## Organize the operation ### 1. Set portfolio and team scope Use [Organize portfolios, business units, shows, and teams](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/organize-portfolios-business-units-shows-and-teams.md). Give each operator the smallest scope that lets them complete their job. Keep a large network's business units and partner relationships separate when the authority or money rules differ. ### 2. Manage partner authority Use [Manage partner contacts and eligibility](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/manage-partner-contacts-and-eligibility.md). Record the partner, contact, eligibility, rights, and delivery boundary. Do not treat a partner contact as permission to publish or change money records. ## Add and control demand ### 3. Understand the competition Use [Understand demand sources and competition](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/understand-demand-sources-and-competition.md). Separate direct Campaigns, Marketplace deals, house ads, and connected VAST, OpenRTB, or CATS demand. Set priority, frequency, separation, and policy rules before you invite more demand. ### 4. Operate Marketplace Use [Enroll Inventory in Marketplace](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/enroll-inventory-in-marketplace.md), [Complete your first Marketplace deal](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/complete-your-first-marketplace-deal.md), and [Create and commit a Marketplace deal](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/create-and-commit-a-marketplace-deal.md). Review the Inventory package, buyer eligibility, deal terms, capacity, Creative, and approval state before commitment. An available package is not a promise by itself. A committed deal still needs valid capacity, Creative coverage, delivery, and measurement. ### 5. Connect external demand Use [Understand connected VAST, OpenRTB, and CATS demand](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/understand-connected-vast-openrtb-and-cats-demand.md). Set provider limits, timeout, fallback, and evidence before you activate a source. Keep provider credentials and delivery authority separate from Marketplace commercial records. ## Coordinate platform delivery Use the platform-specific guides when a show also delivers through Apple, Spotify, or another destination. Platform-controlled insertion and Podigee-controlled delivery have different evidence boundaries. Stop the Spotify Campaign when it must no longer run.* ## Run at network scale Use Flightboard for the portfolio view. Filter by owner, show, media, destination, state, and date. Use [Configure event webhooks](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/configure-event-webhooks.md) and [Configure report delivery](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/configure-report-delivery.md) for operational data. Use [Reconcile sources that do not agree](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/reconcile-sources-that-do-not-agree.md) when a provider, delivery report, or finance source differs. ## Recover without losing trust * **A provider is unavailable:** pause new provider traffic, preserve the last safe state, and use the configured fallback. * **A Marketplace deal is not eligible:** check package, dates, rights, target, and buyer policy. * **A show has wrong scope:** stop the affected work and correct the business-unit or show scope. * **A credential is exposed:** use [Respond to a credential or security incident](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/respond-to-a-credential-or-security-incident.md) before you restart traffic. * **A report is late:** check the report run, retry state, external receipt, and source period. ## Expected result The network can run many shows, buyers, partners, and demand sources with clear ownership and authority.
