# Monitor delivery, pacing, fill, and revenue

Read delivery, pacing, fill, and qualified revenue signals for a campaign or workspace.

Use the delivery views to answer four questions:

1. How much qualified delivery did we receive?
2. Is each flight moving at the expected pace?
3. How often did a request receive an eligible ad?
4. What qualified revenue is visible before the accounting close?

The views use qualified evidence. They do not replace the final finance or settlement process.

## Before you start

Select the correct Monetization workspace. You need Campaign read permission to see a Campaign performance view. You need report read permission to open the workspace delivery view. Use Evidence & Money for final reconciliation and settlement work.

## Review the workspace delivery view

Open **Monetization > Evidence & Money**.

![The current One Podigee Evidence and Money view shows this month's qualified delivery, fill rate, qualified revenue, no-fill decisions, a daily chart, and the media and money breakdown.](https://2032417310-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbqUKO6lljHGzkEAzliPI%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-ab157f76d1c3f5f7be3a2d369de4c2995b42dd3b%2Fdoc-monetization-072-reports-overview.png?alt=media)

*Use this view for a fast portfolio check.*

The **This month** section uses the first day of the current month through the current time zone. It shows:

* **Qualified ads delivered**: the total qualified ad units in the period;
* **Fill rate**: filled decisions divided by all decisions in the period;
* **Qualified revenue**: signed delivery value, grouped without mixing currencies;
* **No-fill decisions**: decisions that did not return an eligible ad.

If there are no decisions, fill rate is **Not available**. If there is no qualified revenue, the page says **No revenue yet**. These are truthful states. Do not treat them as zero revenue caused by a delivery error without checking the evidence.

## Read the daily delivery chart

The **Daily qualified delivery** chart shows net qualified ad units for each day in the current period. Signed reversals are included. Use the chart to see a change in volume, then use a Campaign view or a governed report to find the affected flight and period.

The chart has text labels for each day. Use the text values when you use a keyboard or screen reader.

## Read the media and money breakdown

The **Media and money** card separates audio and video quantities and lists each currency on its own line. Audio and video goals can use different units, so do not add them together. Do not add amounts from different currencies.

If the card says **No qualified delivery yet**, signed listening or viewing evidence has not qualified for this period. Check the delivery source and evidence status before changing a Campaign.

## Review one Campaign

Open a Campaign from Campaigns or from Flightboard. Scroll to **Delivery, pace, and revenue**.

![The current One Podigee Campaign view shows delivery, pace, and revenue for separate audio and video flights, with delivered units, remaining goals, and qualified revenue.](https://2032417310-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbqUKO6lljHGzkEAzliPI%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-f8d7c46c7e3d1f7529c295099ca5eda249d4c76d%2Fdoc-monetization-072-campaign-performance.png?alt=media)

*Use the Campaign view to move from a portfolio signal to the affected flights.*

![The current One Podigee Campaign performance section shows planned flights, qualified delivery, qualified revenue, latest delivery evidence, and separate audio and video Flight rows.](https://2032417310-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbqUKO6lljHGzkEAzliPI%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-8f0f0f77326b7dd9f0d06e4b43932abc4417a1b7%2Fdoc-monetization-072-campaign-performance-current.png?alt=media)

*Use the summary cards for a quick check, then read each Flight row separately.*

The Campaign summary shows:

* **Planned flights**: the number of flights in the Campaign version;
* **Flights with qualified delivery**: flights with qualified delivery evidence;
* **Qualified revenue**: the Campaign value from qualified evidence;
* **Latest delivery evidence**: the most recent qualified evidence time, or **No delivery yet**.

The **Flight performance** table shows the pace, delivered units, remaining goal, and qualified revenue for each flight. Audio and video rows remain separate because their billable units can be different.

## Understand pacing

Pacing compares delivered progress with the part of the flight window that has passed. The normal states are:

* **Scheduled**: the flight has not started;
* **On track**: delivery is within the expected operating range;
* **Ahead**: delivery is above the expected pace;
* **Behind**: delivery is below the expected pace;
* **Complete**: the goal is met;
* **Ended**: the window ended before the goal was met.

Small daily changes are normal. Act when the state stays **Behind**, the remaining goal is large for the time left, or the Campaign readiness view shows a blocked creative, inventory, reservation, or forecast. Do not change a Campaign because of one small daily difference.

## Understand fill and no-fill results

Fill rate is a period signal, not a promise that every request will receive a paid ad. A no-fill decision can be correct when no demand matches the audience, schedule, rights, frequency rules, budget, or available creative.

If no-fill decisions increase, select **Explain delivery** on the Campaign or open the delivery decision view. Check the reason, affected flight, and fallback result before changing targeting or capacity.

## Decide when to act

Use this sequence:

1. Check the period and time zone.
2. Compare qualified delivery with the Campaign goal.
3. Check the pace and remaining quantity for each flight.
4. Check fill rate and no-fill decisions.
5. Check creative coverage, inventory readiness, forecast freshness, and capacity.
6. Open the exact delivery explanation or create a focused report.
7. Change a Campaign only after the evidence identifies a material cause.

Keep the current Campaign version active while you investigate. A report or chart does not change serving behavior.

## Create a focused report

Select **Create report** in the Campaign performance section when the page view is not enough. Podigee opens the report form with the Campaign already selected as the scope.

![The current One Podigee report form opens from a Campaign with Campaign delivery selected and the Campaign scope already set.](https://2032417310-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FbqUKO6lljHGzkEAzliPI%2Fuploads%2Fgit-blob-a5f134f5e9c76966a2d3bbe1d02863ba0b9b3b3a%2Fdoc-monetization-072-create-scoped-report.png?alt=media)

*A scoped report keeps the question tied to the Campaign that needs attention.*

Choose the delivery family, breakdown, date range, time zone, output format, and access class. Save the report definition, then run it for the period you need. A saved report can be run again with the same metric definitions.

## Know what the numbers mean

* **Qualified delivery** is measured after the delivery evidence passes the qualification rules.
* **Fill rate** describes the decisions in the selected period. It is not a delivery guarantee.
* **Qualified revenue** is the value in signed delivery evidence before the accounting close.
* **Planned value** is a Campaign plan amount. It is not earned revenue.
* **Forecast value** is a modelled estimate. It is not invoice or settlement evidence.

Use Reconciliation and Finance when you need to compare authoritative sources, approve a close, or prepare a publisher statement.

## Expected result

You can tell whether delivery is healthy, whether a flight needs attention, why fill changed, and what qualified value is visible. You can move from a portfolio signal to the exact Campaign, flight, delivery explanation, or governed report without exposing listener identity or provider secrets.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.podigee.com/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/monitor-delivery-pacing-fill-and-revenue.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
