This path helps one person use the Podigee Ad Server from the first sign-in to the first verified ad delivery. It does not require a second reviewer. It shows the work that needs attention.* ## Before you start Read [Welcome to Podigee Ad Server](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/welcome-to-monetization.md) to learn the basic terms. Then [open Monetization](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/open-monetization.md) and confirm that you can see the workspace and the show that you want to monetize. You need: * Access to the Monetization area. * A podcast with at least one eligible episode. * Permission to prepare supply, campaigns, creatives, and delivery settings. * A buyer brief, or a clear goal for a house ad or cross-promotion. * An audio or video master that you can use for the campaign. ## Follow the first success path ### 1. Set your scope Use [Set the workspace and show scope](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/set-the-workspace-and-show-scope.md). Select the correct workspace and show before you create records. This prevents work for one show from being mixed with another show. ### 2. Prepare the supply Use [Activate your Podigee Ad Server workspace](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/activate-your-podigee-ad-server-workspace.md) if the workspace is not active. Then follow [Prepare for your first Campaign](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/prepare-for-your-first-campaign.md) to confirm inventory, formats, ad breaks, and the default currency. ### 3. Create the Campaign For a direct buyer, follow [Launch your first direct-sold audio campaign](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/launch-your-first-direct-sold-audio-campaign.md). If the buyer needs both media types, follow [Launch your first audio and video campaign](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/launch-your-first-audio-and-video-campaign.md). Enter the buyer, dates, price, delivery goal, target, and eligible supply. Use a forecast before you reserve capacity. Add and check the creative Upload the approved audio or video master. Preview it before you assign it. Confirm the duration, media type, language, rights, and preparation state. If the file is not ready, fix it before you publish the Campaign. ### 5. Confirm and publish Review the exact Campaign terms, Flight dates, creative, target, and delivery surfaces. If Solo confirmation is enabled, confirm the setup yourself. If the workspace requires another reviewer, the Campaign waits for that person and cannot publish until the required decision is recorded. ### 6. Verify delivery After publication, open the delivery and evidence views. Use [Follow one ad from request to money](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/follow-one-ad-from-request-to-money.md) to compare the selected creative, the delivered media, the measured event, and the money record. Then use [Read Campaign and creative performance](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/read-campaign-and-creative-performance.md) to check delivery, fill, pacing, and revenue. ## If the first attempt does not work * If no eligible supply appears, return to [Prepare for your first Campaign](/documentation/grow-and-monetize/monetization/prepare-for-your-first-campaign.md) and check the show, episode, ad breaks, and inventory package. * If the forecast is too low, reduce the delivery promise or select more eligible supply. Do not publish a Campaign that cannot meet its promise. * If the creative is blocked, open the creative details and resolve the listed preparation or rights problem before you publish. * If delivery has no fill or the wrong media, use the delivery evidence before changing the Campaign.
