# Choose the correct Podigee account

Confirm the Podigee account or organization that one AI authorization can access.

Select and verify the Podigee account or organization for an AI connection.

## Before you start

* Know which billing account or organization owns the intended podcasts.
* Confirm that your signed-in Podigee user can access that account.
* Stop any write task until the account is verified.

## Review the authorization

The Podigee consent page shows:

* Connector or client name
* Selected Podigee account or organization
* Return host
* Requested permissions

Review all four values. Deny the request when the account or return host is not the one you expect.

One authorization selects exactly one account or organization. It does not grant partner-wide, employee-wide, external collaboration, or cross-account access.

## Verify after authorization

Ask the agent to identify its connected account and list accessible podcasts without making a change. With `pdg`, run:

```sh
pdg me --json
pdg podcasts list --limit 25 --json
```

Compare the returned account and podcasts with the account that you intended to connect.

## Expected result

The connection returns one stable tenant identity and only resources owned within that selected account boundary.

## If the account is wrong

Do not continue. Revoke or disconnect the authorization, then start a new authorization for the correct account. A reconnect does not convert an existing grant into another account grant.

Use a separate authorization or `pdg` profile for each additional account.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.podigee.com/documentation/start-here/ai-agents/connect-and-authorize/choose-the-correct-podigee-account.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
