# Understand what Podigee can verify outside Podigee

Understand the difference between Podigee state and external platform confirmation.

Podigee can report its own feed, submission, connection, and direct-delivery records. External platforms remain authoritative for their accounts, reviews, caches, and public listings.

## Podigee can verify

* The podcast RSS feed URL.
* Whether Podigee submitted a supported show.
* Normalized connection state received or stored by Podigee.
* A public listing URL when the connection exposes one.
* Direct per-episode delivery state, error, and retry guidance when supported.

## The external platform must verify

* Account ownership and claim completion.
* Its current review decision and detailed reason when not returned to Podigee.
* When its directory cache refreshes.
* The final public listing and playback behavior in its own product.

An accepted Podigee operation is not an external receipt. When the external result matters, keep the Podigee identifiers and verify the listing or dashboard directly.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.podigee.com/documentation/start-here/ai-agents/distribute-a-podcast/understand-what-podigee-can-verify-outside-podigee.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
