# Find the correct private feed URL

Deliver private feed access without exposing or constructing a listener credential in chat.

Use Podigee's listener invitation and access flow for the individual listener.

## Before you start

* Confirm the podcast is protected.
* Find the intended listener by podcast, email, or username.
* Confirm that the listener is active and not expired.

## Deliver the correct access

1. List listeners for the podcast and select the exact listener ID.
2. Confirm the listener status and expiry.
3. If the listener is pending, let the listener complete the Podigee invitation flow.
4. If the listener lost access credentials, send a password reset to the registered email.
5. Have the listener retrieve the private feed through the Podigee listener-facing flow.

The MCP listener tools do not return the private URL or its access token. Do not construct a URL by adding a guessed query parameter to the public feed.

## Expected result

The intended listener receives or restores access without the credential appearing in agent output, logs, or support messages.

## If the listener cannot receive email

Confirm the stored email and listener status without exposing private details broadly. Use a username and directly managed password only through an approved secure channel.
