# Distribution identifiers and states

Stable platform keys, direct and manual sets, normalized show states, and episode delivery.

## Normalized show states

`not_submitted`, `submitted`, `in_review`, `live`, `rejected`, and `deactivated`.

A connection row exists by default for many platforms. Read `status`, not row presence or `active`, to determine submission. A public `external_url` is present only when Podigee can resolve the listing.

## Direct submission keys

`spotify`, `deezer`, `apple_podcasts`, and `listen_notes`.

## One-time handoff keys

`amazon`, `tunein`, `podimo`, `iheart`, `pandora`, `overcast`, `podcast_addict`, and `pocket_casts`.

For these destinations, a human owns and claims the external account once. Normal Podigee publishing continues through the feed after setup.

## Other tracked keys

The status surface can also include Alexa, Facebook, Google, RTL, Spotify Video, Steady, Twitter, YouTube, and YouTube Video connections when present for the podcast.

## Episode delivery

Direct episode delivery reports platform, state, delivered flag, media type, remote URL, sync time, error, and retry note when available. `feed_only: true` means the episode reaches directories through RSS and has no direct per-episode delivery record. This is normal.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.podigee.com/documentation/start-here/ai-agents/mcp-reference/distribution-identifiers-and-states.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
